Art Therapy Workshop

Parts of the self are denied expression in conscious life. To keep these incompatible aspects of the self separate and in the dark requires energy. Through the integrative measures of art making, release this shadow energy and gain understanding of how these repressed parts are compensatory in both positive and negative ways. This workshop will provide and opportunity to discover and meet the shadow, a rich source of life force. In a safe and supportive studio setting, bring to light the inner world and explore the hidden parts of the self that "only the shadow knows".
